Is there a Shopify app to install?
No. Klaivo works from the public URL of a product page, so nothing is installed on your store and no access to your admin is needed.
Does it work on a password-protected store?
Not while the page is private — Klaivo can only read what a visitor could read. You can still describe the product manually and upload photos.
Can I use the ads on Meta as well?
Yes. The same script renders in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, so one ad covers TikTok, Reels and the Meta placements.
How many ads can I make per month?
As many as your credits allow. Each generation shows its price first, and failed generations are refunded automatically.
