On Seedance 2.0 Mini, the default model, a 5-second ad with music costs ~9 credits — 11 a month on Starter, and up to 20 on the most economical model. A 15-second ad costs ~25 credits. An ad made from a product link (one 10-second clip, with voiceover and music) costs ~20 credits, analysis included — about 5 a month. Premium models cost more. The exact cost always shows before you generate.

A card is required (one trial per customer); you're charged $29 on day 8 unless you cancel before, in one click. Trial credits are valid during the 7 days: if the trial ends without a payment, any left expire.

To move up (Starter to Growth, or to annual billing), pick the new plan in the studio: you pay its price minus the unused part of your current one today, and its credits arrive right away. On the free trial, you can also start your plan immediately. To move to a smaller plan, cancel your current one in billing — your credits never expire.

No — paid credits never expire. Each billing cycle adds a new batch, and any unused credits roll over and stack in your balance. Start small and adjust whenever you want. The one exception: the 32 free-trial credits are valid during the 7-day trial.
